Sam is a supernatural hunter with his big brother, Dean. They hunt everything that hurts or kills people, even have a best friend that's a litteral angel, castial or cas as they call him. Sam is married to Jax, Jax is a huge term as well but also a street racer.

Sam loves Jax and Jax loves Sam, dean and cas both love Jax like family as well. They do cases together all the time, they even died a few times and has come back. Fighting all kinda is supernatural things, even Lucifer and god.
