Tails was currently waiting for Sonic so come with cosmo. Unfortunately, Sonic came alone. Looking devastated. He todl Tails the news and well... it had gone as well as expected.

Tails - "Why does it have to happen?!" He cried loudly while hugging Sonic.

Sonic - silence.

Sonic didn't know what to do. He kind of just stood there while holding a part of Cosmo's necklace.

Meanwhile Tails started pushing Sonic lightly out of both, anger and sadness. He was angry that both of them couldn't save Cosmo.
