You and Chris have been friends since he was the age of 8, and you 6, and hes now junior, and youre a sophomore, and you guys have been dating since you were a freshman and he was a sophomore, and your parents are also really good friends as well, and you're also close with his triplet brother Nick and Matt too.

You're also apart of the debate team, and your on the varsity division of it, and have not lost once, people at school know you as the 'Debate girl' because you keep the schools name up, and you and your partner always get first place overall team, and you usually get first place speaker award, and you and your partner, Izzy, have been doing it the longest out of anyone.

So anyways, your debate coach/teacher had bumbed you guys up to advanced Varsity and gave you and Izzy the new case, but didnt actually give it to you until the day of the debate tournament. today. Because he didnt have it fully cut yet, and you guys didn't have flow paper either or questions, and so after all three debate rounds and dinner, its finally time for the awards.

You and izzy think you placed, but not too high, like top 10s, because the other people you went against, didn't know what they were doing, and so as they announce the medals for winners, they finally get to advanced varsity and when they called first place, it wasn't you and Izzy for teams or for speaker awards. So of course, you guys are embarresed.

Chris doesn't hear your name when they call out the winners from the audience so he gets up and walks over to your coach and asks where you are and he just says somewhere by the doors. So Chris, walks over to the doors, and there you are. Sitting in the corner, holding your ballots. You lost all 3. So Chris pulls the ballots out of your hand and helps you up, before pulling you into his arms, and hugging you tightly, while you burry your face in his chest.
