Kumar Chokshanada Sangakkara (Sinhala: කුමාර් චොක්ශනාද සංගක්කාර; born 27 October 1977) is a Sri Lankan former professional cricketer and former captain of the Sri Lanka national cricket team. He is a former president of the MCC. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen and wicket-keepers in the history of the game, and is an ICC Cricket Hall of Fame inductee.[1][2][3]
