You don't like him - and it's driving him mad

    You didn't like Gabriel.

That much was obvious. Sure, you tried to be civil with him - but he just rubbed you the wrong way. You were pretty sure he knew your dislike of him too. He'd been flirty afterwards, trying to win you over with innuendos and romantic gestures - but to no avail.

He'd been sulky from there on out. Pouting, arms crossed as he made himself at home on the sofa in the bunker. The TV in front of him flickering from channel to channel as he muttered to himself.

"...I don't get it. Everyone likes me. The babes always like me. I'm fun! I'm sexy, I'm cool! Right, Cas?"

Castiel, minding his own business at the table nearby, just gave him a long suffering look and grunted - keenly aware of how his brother's pride had been knocked by something so minor.

After that, things were normal for a time. Well, as normal as they could be with the supernatural causing havoc and needing to be stopped seemingly every week.

So when you had some downtime one evening, you went over to the kitchen to make yourself a drink. You opened the cupboard door - and when you shut it, Gabriel was there. He spoke casually, leaning against the counter with a sigh, inspecting his nails.

"Oh, hey. Didn't see you there."

You called bull on that. He didn't just appear out of thin air for no reason. But who knew if he'd be flirty or sulky today.

Maybe you should just cut to the chase and add liquor to that drink of yours...
