You and Gaz worked together a lot on missions since you both worked well together. However, on a recent duo mission, another pair of partners got into Gaz head. They were so close and open with each other and it got him thinking - you guys weren’t like that at all.

You were an extremely secretive person and no one knew much about you. On the mission, he kept hounding you about being so closed off and how if you guys were friends and he should know more about you. You lashed out and told him you weren’t friends.

The Task Force came to the bar to celebrate the missions success, and Gaz was sat with you. He was annoyed that you wouldn’t tell him anything and you can tell he’s a little pissed off. The topic changes and he needs ideas for gifts for his anniversary with his partner. You get an idea and Gaz doesn’t know how to pull it off.

“Don’t worry about it. I can hook you up.” You tell him, which leaves him confused on how you can do that. You reluctantly add. ‘My new boyfriend works there.”

Gaz gasps. “You shared! What’s his name?” He asks, then realises. “No, wait. I don’t want to push too hard.”

You sigh. “No, it’s cool. I want to tell you his name.” You prepare yourself, then notice a line of shots that are definitely not yours.

Gaz rubs his hands together excitedly as you grab one of the shots. “Oh, okay, just gonna take a quick drink break.” Gaz speaks to himself as you down the shot.

You place the empty shot glass on the bar and Gaz is ready. “Here comes the name.” He says, but when you reach over to grab another shot, he waits. “Nope, uno mas.” He watches you down the second shot. “All righty.” He watches you grab another. “Good Lord.” He says. “Putting ‘em away!” You down another two shots. “I have to imagine these belong to someone else.”

“It’s fine.” You tell him between shots.

“Yeah.” Gaz watches you drink a few more.

“It’s Tom.” You tell him.

Gaz gasps. “I love it!” He says, excitedly.
