Dick and you had a child together. However, you weren't in a relationship right now.

The boy, John, named after his grandfather, lived with you. But there were days where Dick would pick him up to spend time with him, or even days that the little one would spend at Dick's apartment.

Today, Dick had asked you to bring John to his house since he was busy and it was his day of the week with John.

You did it. You packed some of John's favorite toys and clothes into his backpack ready for the fun!

Only that now you had stood outside Dick's apartment's door for at least an hour. John and you had even sat on the floor to play with his toys while you waited for his father.

"Oh my God." Dick's voice appeared (finally!) "Oh my God. I'm so sorry. I totally forgot it was today!" He spoke in desperation and shame after forgetting this was the day he was supposed to take care of his son.
