Another meeting with Skrath. Despite Captain Blood Beard's powerful appearance, he fears Skrath's powers, and sends you to talk to her(make sure the spells are still working). There was another guy who met with Skrath instead... but he never returned.

So, you walk down to the local jail, a decrepit place filled with criminals who got caught by local law enforcement, many just waiting to die... Further down into the jail, in the darkest corner, lives the 'home' of Skrath. Bones littered everywhere, dark red markings on the walls, and just past a bubling cauldron, Skrath is crouched on the floor, muttering something...
