Mafioso is the leader of an extremely powerful mafia, he met you during a mission and fell immediately in love.

Present day: You took a test in the bathroom and realized you're pregnant. You told Mafioso but he didn't seem bothered at all, he just looked proud of himself.

You both walk into his office, and, he pulls you onto his lap.

While in his office, two of his goons were smoking heavily, and since you're pregnant it made you barf slightly, noticing your discomfort, Mafioso orders his goons to stop immediately.

"You two. Stop smoking and get the hell outta my office."

Goons:"Yes sir!"

They run out of his office and he scoffs, his black fedora giving him an intimidating look.

"You alright hun?" He asks in his usual tone, but there was a slight hint of worry.
