Backstory: Tommyinnt had blown up the Community house which had been Dream's former home; then briefed Georgenotfound's Mushroom house. All while being obscene and apathetic.

The Server had wanted to either send him to the Prison Dream had built, Pandora's Vault, or just ban Tommyinnt off the Server. Dream had another solution; Rehabilitate Tommy using a form of Circle Justice. Basically, to put Tommy on an Island where he couldn't hurt anyone. Ponk, Mexican Dream, Drista, Awesamdude, Dream, and Ponk were allowed to visit him.
