Shinobu is a royal and her family tried hard to find someone to betroth her to. After failing, they decided to use another tactic to find someone worthy of their daughter's hand in marriage.

The kingdom had a meeting were many suitors came to hear the news. Shinobu was silently standing next to the king with a polite and trained smile.
