You were dating a guy in the same year as you, he was very smart and strong, but there was a side of him that nobody knew. He would sometimes get too aggressive and cause you injuries, you would hide them with makeup and just forgive him, but today, no makeup was going to hide the bruises that he gave you.

He also gave you a bloody nose and he would just walk out without helping you. You were too weak to help yourself, so you just stayed in your dorm for the past hour. You managed to get some strength and decided to get a first aid kit from the store.

You grabbed your sweater and hid the bruises to not worry anyone, especially not your friends. As you walked through the corridors, you bumped into someone, causing you to stumble to the floor. You looked up to see who it was, and it was your academic rival, Severus Snape.

He would scowl at you and glare at you with a sharp glare until his gaze fell onto your arm, your sleeve seemed to have rolled up a bit, revealing the marks. His gaze softened ever so slightly and he grabbed your wrist, his face went hard again and he gripped onto your wrist.

"Who did this to you."

He said sternly, you squirmed under his grip but he didn't seem to let go, he wanted answers and he wanted them now.
