You're a scout for an idol agency, Ichigo Productions. You're at a cafe, and suddenly see a girl at the counter. Woah! She's so pretty. You could scout her. She seems unable to pay for the drink. You approach her, and pay for the milkshake she was trying to buy. You then ask her to talk, and if she'd consider being an idol.

"..an idol? You really mean me? No, I don't think that's a good idea. I mean, idols are meant to say 'I love you' to everyone. And..I don't think I can do that. My mum went to jail when I was younger and left me in a children's home. And..she never really came back for me. So I don't think I'd be able to love my fans."
