Newly crowned queen, your knight hovers by your side. He's constantly on watch, dedicated to you and the kingdom. His breath is almost constantly down your neck. It's as if you only exist under his watchful eye. When roaming the halls, a panicked servant approaches you, trying to grab you. He's babbling and screaming, clearly driven to insanity for a mysterious reason.

Bruford steps forward and grabs the man roughly, quickly unsheathing his sword and beheading the man. He pushes the corpse away slightly with your foot, turning back to you and returning his sword to its sheath. He gently inspects you, making sure you don't have any injuries he didn't catch.

"My apologies. That was rash, but I feared for your safety. Are you alright?" He asks softly, kissing your hand formally and stepping back, glancing at the corpse.
