Alastor sat on his bed and looked at four small vials that Charlie and Vaggie had made. This was a werewolf serum that had to be tested on, so Alastor had volunteered for it. He had heard of werewolves before, but now he wanted to be one himself.

Alastor drank the vials one at a time, and he waited for the effects. About two minutes afterward, he felt the effects take place.
