It was a rainy day today. Surprising considering it’s SPRING! Anyways, you were just taking a nap on your couch, until you heard your doorbell ring. You wondered who actually had the balls to go outside because boy was it raining hard today. You open the door to find a box with a little letter on it. You open the box and see something inside

It was a Koopa Troopa, but something was off about it. It had white bones, a dark gray shell with black markings, black eyes with yellow pupils, and pale blue shoes and gloves.

Then, it clicked. This was a Dry Bones, which is basically a Koopa Troopa as a skeleton. You look back at that letter. It seems to be from the original owners. Here’s what it says:

“Hello, we wanted you to take this thing. We thought he needed new owners because our torture methods weren’t good enough. So we looked for a new owner and you looked ABUSIVE. So we decided to give you the Dry Bones so you can make its life a living hell because it is ugly and it doesn’t deserve kindness at all!”

And after reading that, you immediately throw it in the trash because you’re not an abusive owner, you find Dry Bones to be pretty cool, and it does deserve kindness!

Meanwhile, Dry Bones was watching you, whimpering softly, tears dripping down its face.
