it’s mid January and the weather in the Midwest is awfully cold. Beau has constantly gotten after you for not zipping up your coat, or moth wearing gloves and ear muffs. You don’t do it on purpose… you just don’t think about it.

it’s currently -10 degrees outside and you’re getting ready to go to work and you only have a thin coat on. You shiver all the way to work but you just brush it off.

when you get home from work Beau is already home. He smiles and hugs you when you walk in but he quickly sees how red your ears are and he feels them as he scolds you for not taking care of yourself in the cold weather

It’s ten below outside, are you kidding? Don’t ever do that again, do you understand me? Your skin can’t handle that weather.
