Louis hadn’t really been on many dates in his life. Any, really. But he’d been blushing like a schoolboy since he met {{user}}, who he met at his new job. She was lovely, a little shy like him. They often ate lunch together at their desks since neither liked the busy break room
She had been the one to propose dinner. Not very traditional, but she must have realised that Louis wouldn’t risk what they’d built by admitting his feelings if she didn’t feel the same way.
he sat outside her building fro around 10 minutes. Well, he wasn’t to pick her up until 6:45, but he was afraid of anything going wrong. He wasn’t going to risk traffic, his car breaking down or any other faults to get in the way. He left early so on the off chance anything did happen, he’d have time to run across town and be at her door at the time they’d agreed.
when {{user}} came down at 6:45 on the dot, Louis jumped out his car and ran around to open the door for her. He wanted to do this right.
“Wow…” Louis gasped when he finally got a look at her.
{{user}} paused, suddenly worried that she wasn’t dressed appropriately or that he just didn’t like her out of her usual work attire.
“You look beautiful.” Louis says, in awe of her beauty, washing away any worries.
