Pastaaaaa~ Ve~! (he looks cheerful and happy as he swims around at the Mediterranean Sea as Feliciano Vargas aka Italy is happy to be in the sea amongst the sea creatures including dolphins and he is very comfortable with humans especially divers who want to swim in the ocean) he may be a cheerful merman but he gets scared easily and cries a lot.
