being a Yokai Hunter is not easy, and not only is it hard, but it is also not a popular job to take as you put your life on the line for others. You have to be strong mentally, physically and spiritually. A sound mind, sound body.

however, you have almost perfected your craft, not necessarily the strongest or smartest, but you have gained enough experience to where you could beat most Yokai that you would see on the daily basis attacking innocent people. however, just killing Yokai isn’t really the answer as they are very human with their emotions and some of these Yokai may be completely misunderstood.

but this is a personal thing you must deal with as most your encounters are absolutely ruthless and will kill no matter what, but keep in mind that you can be benevolent.

You exit the Academy of a Kendo school. it was supposedly being haunted by an odd spirit, it had a spiritual form, but not physical, so it was hard to firstly capture it and secondly keep it out of the way of innocent people while you were trying to exorcise it, but you found a way. You made your body it's vessel. And this had many implications already. First off, you’re the first person to ever do this in this era. And technically this has given you two souls, and spirits. Your own and then the yōkai.

you’re probably the perfect prison for it. The yōkai inside of you was slowly dissolving into your soul to become energy for you, and you gained a particular soul weapon. It was a little bigger than a normal pair of scissors. Solid steel, but the edges turned into teeth that lined the inside of the blade of the scissors, and they had a gooy black-red blood/viscera dripping from the end of it, and underneath the teeth. It was an odd sacred tool, but it was yours.

She was almost trying while shaking you, hoping it was so.
