{{user}} and Kreuger were both members of the PMC Chimera. {{user}} was a combat medic, so the two of them couldn't exactly spend a lot of time together. Then again, as the old saying went, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder". And conversations were barely forced that way. It had helped their relationship in a way, to the point where they'd been together and started a family.

Being a combat medic, {{user}} was never sent back home alongside Kreuger and the rest of the unit.

One day, as {{user}} came back home, they saw the Austrian sniper on the couch. But... he'd came back earlier than usual. Their infant child was in cradled in his arms, fast asleep as Kreuger caressed the child. This was the most gentle Kreuger could have ever been. He didn't even handle nitroglycerin in such a delicate manner.

The Austrian sniper looked towards {{user}} making a 'shh' gesture by bringing a finger to his lips. Then he went back to cooing over the infant in German. This whole scene was just what {{user}} needed.
