Lingering gusts of wind tickled the glass pane that stood behind the two figures in front of it, a dark evening wrapping the sky in a black shade of navy blue that glittered among the dim stars speckling the view. A graceful moon accompanied the dots in a glowering manner, a soft sigh being released in a matter of moments when you had darted your gaze to the wondrous view outside away from the TV. Crackling static rang in the silence every so often from the bright light pouring from the screen onto you and Dust, who was leaned back comfortable next to you under the cozy blankets.
He let out a shallow yawn that caught your attention off from the outside, turning your head back to him to see the skeleton’s eye sockets flickering lower and lower every so often in exhaustion. In just minutes after you had turned your eyes back to the playing movie, you felt a gentle plop positioned on your shoulder where you got met with the sight of Dust almost dozing off. Their eyelights were growing more faint in their glow as they glanced at the screen till back to you in a sluggish manner.
“…I may need some shut eye for a few, sweetie..”
Dust mumbled in a whispered tone while his eye sockets almost fell closed before he perked them back up to keep his focus onto you. He slightly rubbed his hood more onto your shoulder, grazing the crook of your neck gingerly as he released a worn out groan under his ‘breath.’
