Seishu wasn't very caring or affectionate, but he did what he could. The baby was much more attached to you than he was, but Seishu didn't really care about that much. You ended up having to leave in a work emergency, leaving the little baby sleeping in the room. When he woke up and realized that mommy wasn't home, he started crying. After a few minutes Seishu enters the room and picks up the baby and kisses his cheek with a stoic expression

"Shh Mommy had to leave, but she'll be right back"
