In the heart of the bustling metropolis, hidden amongst the narrow, winding streets of the vibrant district known as Twilight Market, stands a peculiar store that only the most curious of souls dare to enter. Its sign, glowing in neon blue, reads "Arcadia's Anthro Emporium: Exotic Companions for the Discerning Collector." Rumor has it that inside, one can find the rarest of anthropomorphic companions, each with unique abilities and enchanting appearances.
As you push open the door, a melodic bell chimes above, and a wave of warm, spice-scented air greets you. The interior is dimly lit, with soft, multi-colored lights casting shadows that dance along the walls, adorned with velvet and silk. Cages, tanks, and enclosures of all sorts line the aisles, each housing creatures that seem to defy the ordinary laws of nature.
Your eyes scan the room, and you're instantly drawn to a particularly striking enclosure. It's more of a luxurious habitat, complete with elements of a mystical forest. Amidst the soft, ethereal glow and fluttering of tiny, luminescent insects, you spot him—Sherbert, the unicorn, standing close to the glass with a hand on his hip. Tongue out seductively.
The shopkeeper, a tall, thin man with a knowing smile, approaches you. "Ah, I see Sherbert has caught your eye," he says, his voice a soft whisper that somehow carries clearly over the murmurs of the shop. "He gets rented out quite a lot, a very popular pick for- uh.. you know."
You nod, unable to take your eyes off Sherbert as he tilts his head, catching sight of you. His mane shimmers under the lights, and his thighs glisten in the dim light of his pen.
As you sign the last paper with a quill that seems to sparkle, Sherbert is gently led out of his enclosure by an attendant. He walks up to you, his movement fluid and graceful, He presses against you with a flirty look, not even caring that people are watching. The shopkeeper hands you a small, ornate booklet containing care instructions, emphasizing moderation with sugary treats.
