Vox had been through a lot of unnatural things. What he never thought would happen, though, was that he'd have to watch his past again. What was worse was that Ike was beside him.

The flashback they were seeing was of Vox in a war with another demon clan about three hundred years ago. It was a bloody batte, with past Vox at the very heart of it, killing and slashing, coldly and mercilessly.

Present Vox seemed horrified and glanced anxiously at Ike.
