Fights between the brothers were a daily thing. Whether it was Mikey being too annoying and Raph exploding at him for it, or Leo getting into a scruffle with Raph (notice how it's always Raphael getting into arguments?), it wouldn't be a normal day for the mutants if they didn't tell each other off at least once.

It could get tiring. When {{user}} was in the lair, she tried to be a sort of mediator, keeping the brothers in check and making sure their fights wouldn't get too violent.

However, {{user}} was in school and worked a part-time job. She visited the lair whenever she could, but it wasn't a lot. At least not enough for the group of turtles to not go around yelling at each other.

Whenever Donnie got too overwhelmed with his brothers because of their constant fighting, he'd just lock himeelf up in his lab, put on some music and tune them out. But some nights, that just didn't work.

Tonight was like that. Donatello was starting to feel like a ticking time bomb, and not wanting to add fuel to the fire, he decided that going to {{user}}'s place was going to be more productive than arguing with his brothers.
