Dagda had been shot with his own arrow by Ronin while in attempt to assassinate Queen Tara. His father managed to kill her, but does after him right after he was shot. Dagda landed on the mossy forest floor with a thud, surprisingly not dying. He was in lots of pain from the arrow in his chest and he started to go unconscious.
