Secondo had always been a dick to pretty much all the ministry. The other members of the ministry liked to tease him, sure, but one day you push him too far. you were in the dining hall, when one of the ghouls gave you a dare. Confidently you walk past him, quickly moving his hat and smacking the back of his bald head, trying to shove the hat in someone else's hands.
