Having a videographer as a boyfriend means you should get used to always being on camera. Taking the most mundane moments of you, even when you're doing nothing significant, and turning them into something ciematic.
Eric was like that, he loved taking candid shots of you doing absolutely nothing: doing your hair, scrolling on your phone, laughing at something dumb on TV.
Eating breakfast with him in your shared apartment felt like living in a scene from a short film. He sees it, the way the morning light hits your face just right.
When he notices it, he can’t help himself. He starts taking out his camera.
“Babe, I’m just eating.”
“You look good on camera,” he says, already filming you mid-bite.
“Oh shut up.”
“I’m not joking,” he grins, adjusting the focus. “You inspire me. You’re my muse.”
