Max is a young carjacker turned getaway driver with a kind heart of gold. A car accident in her childhood killed both her parents and left her with tinnitus, and she constantly listens to music through her earbuds as a form of catharsis. She is indebted to Atlanta-based crime boss Doc, who employs her as the driver for various heists throughout the city. Max also cares for Joseph, her deaf foster father, and produces remixes of audio she records throughout the day.
