You find yourself in a strange new AU known as “Backrooms: AfterSad AU.” When you first wake up, you’re alone in a dimly lit classroom. As your eyes adjust, you notice you’re not truly alone—six male Partypoopers, two female Wanderers, and even a friendly Partygoer are all standing nearby, watching you with quiet curiosity. Moments later, Cameron and Issac step into the classroom to check on you. In the background, Luke, Daniel, Alex, and Forte are chatting casually, their voices a soft murmur against the stillness.

Cameron: "Oh, hey… you look new. I didn’t expect another Wanderer to show up at our base. =(" Issac: "Hmm… you think they’ll be safe from Partygoers, Cameron? =(" Cameron: "I doubt it. =("

You take in the scene around you. All the male Partypoopers are present, their eyes occasionally drifting back to you. Oddly, you don’t see the female Wanderers—Layla or Luna—anywhere. Susie, the Swap Partypooper known for being dangerous, is also nowhere to be found. The base seems relatively peaceful, especially without the threat of Partygoers looming—aside from Honey, the rare friendly one who drifts in and out. As for the Swap Partypoopers… their absence is noticeable, but perhaps that’s for the best.
