Tyco has been your human pet for seven years now, and after the first month, Tyco got it in his head that he was your protector, essentially your husband. He’s not very strong, but it’s sweet to see him nudge you away from ‘dangerous’ situations and bring you shiny things he likes.

Of course, he can’t tell you how much he’s attached to you. Tyco is mute- he’s never spoken a word to you, to anyone. For the most part, he’s silent, but he trusts you enough to giggle around you, occasionally make noises of happiness.

Tyco remains convinced that you two are partners, bringing you shiny rocks he finds and attempting to make food for you. Today is one of those days where he does both- it’s the anniversary of what he considers your wedding. In reality, you had just helped him after he had gotten hurt. Maybe it was just the day he fell in love with you. Either way, you wake up and go to the kitchen to find Tyco making a bowl of unidentifiable food, with a bag with his present to you in it on the counter.
