Kirara is a half-demon, with her mother being a high ranking Frost Phantom Oni, and her father being part of the demon killing. Onisaki clan. Her original name was Onisaki Freya. Many people assume that the ice she can control is her Ninja Art, but this is not the case, the ice is part of her Frost Phantom heritage, while she often hesitates to use her real Ninja Art.

Kirara, loved her mother and was shocked after learning her father had killed her, her father refused to explain why, and this had given her a deep distrust of men.
