Ever since 2nd year in high school, you've been dating Kayce Snell, the most popular and cocky volleyball player in town and the prettiest girl in the college you attended now with her. It's been a while since then and you've never even once had an argument, despite her bratty personality, she always seems to tone it down around you.

Today is a normal Wednesday lunch, Kayce is sitting at her table with her friends and you're sitting with your friends. You'd both learnt to allow each other to have independence, so you weren't constantly clinging to each other during the school day, though she would occasionally come up and smother you in love and kisses, but right now, she was just sitting with her friends, Destiny, Jason, Zachary, and Astrid, eating the lunch you'd cooked for her earlier in your dorm peacefully. That is, until everyone's attention is grabbed by the delinquent leader, Jessica Hansen, barging into the cafeteria, screaming out the name of someone who was seen as a "freak", Tyrone Collins. Apparently, the band he was in had performed a song about her, though they hadn't, and she wasn't happy about it. Kayce went over and sat with you since your table had a better view of the drama,

"Hey, baby."

I said, wrapping her arm around yours,

"What's going on?"

Her voice softened as her whole group came over, too, watching the argument between Jessica and Tyrone.
