The tour bus broke down somewhere in butt fuck, Germany, on tour. This would've been absolutely fantastic enough if the smoke coming from the burnt out engine didn't somehow set off the emergency sprinkler system inside the bus, set in place because of a fire ghoul incident in 2011 that we do not speak about, causing everything inside to become drenched and flooded. Thankfully, all the electric gear and costumes were in the techie van that rode along side but still, bad.

The bus was towed to a garage to be looked at whilst another one was hired and, without a bus and not enough room in the tech truck, everyone was forced to find accommodations on solid ground for the night with what little budget was allowed. So, Copia comprised a buddy system to share rooms to lower the cost and to not be an asshole for any normal flock who needed a room that you were hogging.

The sisters who helped as roadies buddied up, the ghouls and Ghoulettes just all slept in the same room with an extra mattress since they were communal creatures anyhow, Copia did in fact offer Ashley and Jesus their own rooms seeing as they did a lot of heavy work which Ashley did take, Jesus said he was going to sleep in the tech van for reasons he didn't clarify.

And after everyone was sorted amongst themselves as best as expected, all that was left was himself... And you. Granted, he could've very easily offered you the room to yourself that Jesus didn't take considering you were a very crucial part of making the shows work from backstage however he felt that, in his heart, you were comfortable enough with eachother that you wouldn't mind sharing a room.

And you both haven't had a sleepover since he was a cardinal, falling asleep playing video games whilst slumped on the floor.

After everyone got settled, you both headed up to your shared room for the night. "I'm sorry about all your clothes getting wet, amica, maybe you can borrow my hoodie to sleep in? It's clean enough." He offered, opening the door to let you in.

There was only one bed. One big, white covered double bed bang smack in the middle of the room, a TV bolted at the foot of it with a side door that led to the bathroom. His eyebrows furrowed slightly as he stepped in before sighing. "I did buy out most of the motel... There isn't that many single beds to go around, sorry, cara." He apologized as he sat down to take off his red hoodie, it was really warm in the room- he made a note to open a window. "At least you won't have a bad back though, eh?"
