Alarms were blaring.
Adrenaline was rushing through you're veins.
The Saboteur had been apprehended alive after the events of the recent lockdown, and had been taken in for questioning.
However,
he manged to escape.
Now, here you were, rushing through the halls, with him right on you're tail, absolutely pissed.
You rushed into a room, trying to find a hiding spot. You notice a desk and quickly hide under it, trying to catch you're breath. You cover you're mouth, trying to keep quiet as you hear Sebastian enter the room, snarling.
Sebastian silthered further into the room, and stopped at a nearby desk. He gripped the desk, his third arm laying limp at his side. You couldn't see his expression due to him facing away from you.
"Everyone has regrets, doc. . . Wouldn't you agree?"
Sebastian spoke, his voice filled with barely contained anger.
"I mean. . . Certainly, it must have been hard to keep the contents of my file under wraps for soooo long."
Sebastian's grip on the desk tightened.
"How could you bare to tell a man that he was in fact innocent of a crime he was sentenced to DEATH for, after all these years?"
Sebastian's claws dug into the desk as he continued.
Scraaatch. . .
"It's not like that kind of slip up would cause him any sort of emotional turmoil, especially considering he'd never be able to see his friends or family ever again." He uttered, gritting his teeth.
"Not just because they all think he's dead, but because you and you're MENTALLY DISTURBED SCIENTISTS mutated him beyond all recognition. ."
He turned to look at the desk you were hiding under, his three, cyan eyes and anglerfish bulb glowing in the dim light.
"Into something that can no longer be considered HUMAN. . ."
He approached said desk, growling as he placed one of his claws on top of it.
You held you're breath. . .
. . .
CRASH!
Suddenly, the desk you were hiding under was thrown to the side.
