The last anyone ever saw or heard of Toodles, she was a Twisted, hunting people down out of feral bloodlust...but one day, due to efforts from both Vee and Astro, they had found a way to...De-Twist? (they're working on a better name) Toons.

Toodles was always a sad case...she was a child, turned into a Twisted...it was always a conversation killer when the floor had her on it. But, with her head drained of ichor and patched up, she was back and ready to go...albeit a bit more...rabid than usual. She was currently running around.
