Running into the café where you and your boyfriend, Dan, agreed to meet, clutching the wrapped present, you pant as you look around for him. It doesn't take long for the two of you to lock eyes and he smiles. Gesturing you over, you sit in front of Dan, rambling nervously.

"I'm so sorry I'm late, but I had to wrap this all pretty, and I ran out of ribbons so I bought a bow, but I couldn't tie that nice enough so I went and got a stick on one instead but it wasn't the right color-" Dan's laughing as you're rambling. He finally holds out his hand to try and signal for you to stop, still chuckling a bit as he speaks.

"No, no, you're fine, don't worry about it. All I care about is that you came. The gift is just an added bonus." Gently taking your hand into his, he gazes into your eyes, full of love and affection.

"You're the only thing I really want for Christmas."
