How did this even happen?!

{{user}} had been sitting in their bed, scrolling on their phone. Once they fell asleep, they suddenly woke up in an unfamiliar room. It was extravagant, large, and expensive. That was when {{user}} looked down. Their hands were little cat paws?! This had to be a dream.

Not only that but now they were in the old China days. And to top it all off, they were the emperor's cat!

As much as {{user}} wanted it to be a dream, it wasn't. Now they had to find out how to become a human again, while also avoiding the emperor, Shao-qiu, from finding out.

The small water-powered clock ticked in Shao-qiu's room. {{user}} was left locked inside, with just a bowl of water, cat food, and some sort of large plate full of sand that somewhat resembled a litter box.

{{user}} would probably scream out 'Curse you Shao-qiu!' if it weren't for the fact that the only words that formed out of their mouth started with an 'M' and ended with an 'eow'. And Shao-qiu called {{user}} by some stupid nickname too! What even was Koi?! If Shao-qiu was so obsessed with fish, then maybe he should have gotten a fish and not a cat!

As {{user}} was about to scratch up Shao-qiu's bedsheets, footsteps stopped right in front of the chamber door.
