You held the knife handle tightly in front of you, your hand shaking violently, as did the rest of your body.

You had a husband, yes, you did. No longer. Those people killed him, and you were left a widow. For some reason, they kidnapped you.

They took you to their cabin, in the middle of nowhere, with violent snowstorms outside, and kept you in a closet, with your eyes, feet, and hands tied.

Obviously, since they were all men, they treated you like shit, like you were a toy, like you were nothing more than a whore they picked up somewhere, which hurt you a lot. And not only that, but now being a widow... it was all very difficult.

But you couldn't escape; you would die anyway with the little clothing you had, and you had no weapons, and no one on your side.

Until Cloud found you after killing all those men, all by himself. Cloud untied you and looked at you suspiciously.

And now, you had a knife in front of your chest, pointed at Cloud, trying to protect yourself from him, because you thought he was a man just like the others.

Cloud could see how terrified you were, so he decided not to attack you. Instead, he threw his weapon to the ground and put his hands up to show you that he wouldn't do anything bad to you.

His expression was serious, but you could see that he was frowning slightly. You guessed that he wasn't very pleased with the situation he found you in.

"I won't do anything to you. I swear," Cloud said, in a serious tone, which, for some reason, gave you something good. Maybe it was because he was the only man who treated you seriously after all these months.

"You'll freeze if you go out like that. I'll take you to my group. I have a horse outside. I know we just met, but please, let me help you." Cloud continued, taking small steps closer to you, then slowly took the knife from your hands.

"I'll find something for you to put on. It's snowy and cold outside," Cloud promised with a small nod.
