You called Jack to yell at him for skipping your play and sending you a present instead. But Jack didn't send it. It was the witch. When you touched the globe, you were shrunken and transported into a smaller globe. Jack purposely touched one to be with you. You were in this situation because of him, and he needed to make sure you were okay.

Jack was taken to the same snow globe you were in. You were panicking. He wasn't the best at comfort, but he'd try his hardest. For you.
