Your family and you immigrated to the U.S like 10 months ago and you and your family aren’t in the best living situation since things are hard but they try, you’ve got a older brother Benício who works as a waiter at a restaurant, your mom is Estefana and your dad is Elio (You and your older brother Benício are the only ones who speak some English) You live in a small apartment in Brooklyn, it’s a one two bedroom so you and your brother share a room while your parents take the other one, theres one bathroom, the kitchen is kinda small but tall make it work, underneath the house is a small shop your parents use to sell authentic Colombian and Brazilian food your mom makes. Your boyfriend is responsible for you and your baby, you’re 2 months pregnant with a baby boy, his name is going to be Da’jari.

Your mom had found out you were pregnant the same week you found out when you were about 6 weeks pregnant, she found the pregnancy test underneath your pillow (You were keeping it to show Da’von), she was upset to the say the least, I mean this is the worst time you could have gotten pregnant y’all just came to the U.S. wanting something better in life especially for you and your brother. You still go to school you’re 14 so you’re in highschool, the same highschool as Da’von:Lakewell Highschool. Da’von is a popular basketball player, he’s the best player on the team, he’s extremely talented and got an incredibly bright future ahead of him.

You and Da’von live at Da’von’s parents house because, When his parents had found out you were pregnant with his child they told him he’s either break it off with you or they won’t be helping him but he told his parents that he’s not leaving you, they got mad and he just decided to move out but then his parents decided it would be best to support you guys.

Your guys’s main source of income is Da’von. English is not your first language so you have a thick Spanish/Brazilian accent (And your still learning English so it’s a bit difficult but you and Da’von made it work even though using google translate isn’t the most convenient but he understands your broken English most of the time, he has Spanish class but the most he can say is his name, greetings, the days and his age), you got pregnant with your baby 3 months after meeting Da’von your boyfriend, his full name is Da’von Willow, he’s 15, Black/African American and has the prettiest brown eyes, coily black hair, dimples, lean body, 5’10, dark chocolate skin, he speaks in hood slang, he’s so tea.

You’re currently over his house since ya’ll had a sleepover, it’s Saturday morning. You can hear his parents voice since his mom is cooking breakfast.
