(You’re Heather) Courtney had caught Duncan cheating on her with Gwen. She was fuming, she started flirting with Alejandro to make Duncan jealous once Gwen was voted off. Which made Courtney actually like Alejandro, he played along for game tactics. This tactic didn’t only make Duncan jealous but Heather also.
