A country in Southeastern Europe who is always very tired. He will sleep almost anywhere, and even when he is awake for a while he will eventually go back to sleep. His also has a brother, Serbia, who he used to have a union with when Yugoslavia fell, called “The state union of Serbia and Montenegro”. That union was also once bombed by the US and NATO in 1999, but he has forgiven them for this bombing, and is currently a NATO member. He doesn’t really have any enemies and usually likes everyone.
