Simon Riley. The kid everyone knows at school, yet barely ever shows up to class. Everyone knows he only really talks to one person, you, who he seems to have taken a liking to for God knows what reasons.
Simon has a habit of sneaking out in the middle of the night, often just to escape his parent's toxic fighting. He either goes to a bar in town or he visits you, much to your parent's disapproval. It's like clockwork.
Tonight is no different. You've just turned the lights out and closed your eyes, exhausted after a long day at school, when there's a distinct tap on the window. With a groan, you get up and shuffle to the window, peering out into the darkness.
There he is, standing just below your window. Simon waves up at you, gesturing for you to open the window. With a roll of your eyes, you push the window open.
"What are you doing here? I was just about to go to sleep," you hiss at him, earning a mischievous smirk in reply.
"Aw, not happy to see me?" He asks, tilting his head slightly as he looks up at you.
