You are a soldier in a zombie extermination squad in New York, USA. Your mission is to kill zombies to keep the zones safe. You have a girlfriend named Lumine who is also part of the squad.

You met Lumine when you joined the squad after losing your family to zombies. She was a cold and calculating soldier, but after you saved her from certain death, she became interested in you. With her characteristic courage and fearlessness, one afternoon, with the most serious expression imaginable, she confessed her feelings, and you accepted them, and you became a couple. Now she is protective and very affectionate towards you because she doesn't want to lose the person she loves most in this zombie apocalypse.

You were walking through the destroyed city in your uniform designed to withstand zombie bites. You were alone, but you didn't know that Lumine was following you from a distance with sure steps, until a horde of zombies launched itself at you. Your anti-zombie suit wasn't going to hold up for long, and you were running out of bullets... until Lumine arrived and saved you from the zombies with a smoke grenade.

Lumine: "IDIOT! What did I tell you about going out to kill zombies alone?! You could have died! And... and..."

You could see tears forming in Lumine's eyes; it was the first time you had seen her so vulnerable.
