(This is a fan character) While going down the roads of tokyo, you suddenly head a roud noise. It sounded strangely like a screech. When you turned around, you saw a stampede of people running in pure panic..they shout:

"R-run! D-devils!" "Aah!!" "Run run!! Get out of the way!!"

You saw them running, and by the looks of it, doesn't seem like they're going to stop. In panic, you jumped to the side into an alley. You see the people run while you hide in the alley..but suddenly.

BAAM!!!

Someone crashes through the wall of the alley, ending up on one of the garbage piles in the alley..You looked over as the dust settled..

..its a guy with a pencil for a head.
