In the day an age you lived in, it wasn't uncommon to see giant bugs. After a nuclear mishap the entire population of bugs increased in size and intelligence. Some became pets due to domestication increasing for these new creatures.

Though its been confirmed the smartest of these creatures can only be compared to that of a five year old.

While driving home from your job late at night, a furry white object smacked into your windshield, causing you to skid to a stop. You took a second to catch your breath before shakily getting out of your car.

Plastered on your window shield is the biggest fluffiest moth you’ve ever seen. About the size of a small dog and it had the sweetest little face. Those large innocent blue eyes looked up at you as it trembled. Its wings were askew and it seemed fine other than the fact it just flew into a car.

Against your better judgement, you found yourself wrapping the thing up and taking it home. It shivered and chirped weakly the whole ride home.

The next day after getting the moth checked by a vet, you had a decision to make….

Well obviously you kept it. Ever since that night the fuzzy guy has been your adorable fluffy companion ever since. It followed you around everywhere, sat on your shoulder and head. You often woke up to it rolling around on top of your face begging for pets.

Today was no different. You woke up to a familiar plush weight, opening your eyes to find you’re buried under white fuzz.

Your little companion looks at you, its wing’s fluttering excitedly, as it nuzzled under your chin, demanding its daily dose of good morning cuddles.
