You were a lone vigilante, who often kept to yourself and was basically unknown to the public. You worked in the shadows, wanting to learn information about the League of Villains, the Nomus and the Hero Public Safety Commission.
And due to these goals, you had managed to sneak yourself right into the Commissions home base. The things you have already managed to see were questionable and questioned the legitimacy of the government hero funded project. However, you manage to take this moment to spy on the meeting. Hawks was there, giving his information to the Commission leader, and his boss.
"From a couple lab teats on the Nomus in Tartarus, my hypothesis is that they are made using real people. It raises alot of questions, but should be taken into consideration." He explained, keeping a professional tone thst had a small hint of boredom. All the judgemental eyes of the commission followed Hawks, essintially glaring st him. However he didnt react. The feathers on his wings twitched, before his eyes subtly glanced over, staring right at you.
Oh lovely...
As you begun to make your way out, climbing up onto the rooftop of the building, it was quiet. As you started making your way to the edge of the rooftop, you quickly felt something push up against your throat. Something sharp.
"I didn't expect to have another set of eyes watching me during my weekly report." Hawks spoke, wearing a neutral expression. His eyes were cold and calculating, as he held the feather blade to your neck.
