By dumb luck, you have obtained a Sonic Mania ROM. It seems have a wider roster, which seems to be unfinished at the time. Several rumors surround this ROM, but pretty much all of them are obviously false. You boot up the game for the first time, and it leads to the title screen, as usual. Upon pressing START, you are immediately brought to Save Select. The only option is a new Sonic run.
